One of the elements of Aparigraha (the practice of non-attachment that is one of the ethical gems of yogic philosophy) that resonates deeply with me is to trust deeply in the great unfolding of your life. By letting go of our hold on things, we can embrace the radical acceptance that there is a great rhythm and order to our lives, sometimes beyond our understanding.
